His scholarly interests focus on the theory of the court application and the interpretation of the law, the theory of values and the philosophy of European law. Among other works, the author of the study Prawo a uczestniczenie w kulturze (Law and Participation in Culture). A Supreme Administrative Court judge since 1994. |
