Marek Safjan

a lawyer, lectures at Warsaw University. A member of the Association Internationale de Droit, Ethique et Science, Academie Internationale de Droit Comparé. The author of numerous publications on civil law, commercial law and bioethics, including Medycyna i prawo (Medicine and Law). A Constitutional Court judge since 1997, chairman of the Court since 1998.
