Andrzej Kojder

a lawyer and a sociologist, lectures on the sociology of law at Warsaw University, President of the Polish Sociological Association and a member of the Board of Transparency International. In the 1990s he held the position of Under-secretary of State in the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland. He has published over 100 scholarly publications – mainly in the sociology of law, axiology of law and social engineering; he is the author of Godność i siła prawa (Dignity and the Power of Law), among other works.
