Maciej Dybowski Doctor of Law, Assistant Professor in the Department of Theory and Philosophy of Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, a member of the Governing Board of the Agency for Fundamental Rights in Vienna (since 2007), associate to the Ombudsman, and Commissioner for Civil Rights Protection of the Republic of Poland, the editorial secretary of the "Ius et Lex" Magazine. In the years 2002 - 2003 Foundation Scholar of the Stefan Batory Foundation, in 2008 Scholar of the Foundation for Polish Science. Works with the Poznan Human Rights Centre and the Institute of Legal Studies Centre of Political Thought in Krakow. Author of "Fundamental Rights in the jurisprudence of the ECJ" (CH Beck 2007), articles, reviews on scientific theory and philosophy of law and individual rights. |
