The „Ius et Lex” Foundation was founded in 2000. The foundation’s tasks are managed by the President of the Board.
The goals of the foundation are as follows:
· to provide support for and promotion of the scientific and educational initiatives regarding Polish law,
· to undertake activities to implement the principles of the state of law,
· to develop and to adapt the Polish legal system to European standards.
The „Ius et Lex” Foundation has been registered as a public benefit organization on March 12th, 2004 and by the Act of April 24th, 2003 on Public Benefit Activity and Voluntary Assistance (the Journal of Laws of 2003 no. 96 item 873) has been supported by many donors donating 1% of natural person income tax. The list of donors is published herein. At the same time we would like to express our gratitude for the trust placed in us.
The correctness of the foundation activities is supervised by the Foundation Council. The members of the Council are:
