To elaborate the historical documentation and educational programs concerning violation of the rule of the state of law, the „Ius et Lex” Foundation has concluded an institutional cooperation contract with a non-profit, public corporation, Project InPosterum in San Diego, California, USA. It designes websites in English concerning criminal activity of the Nazi Germany and comunistic Soviet Union in the XX century.
